Based in Marietta, Georgia, Lucille Heil has been coaching leaders and their teams for operational improvement and business growth for more than 20 years. Now leading Look Up Coaching, LLC, Lucille provides leadership development coaching for growth-minded professionals. Through 1:1 coaching of leaders at all levels, Lucille equips clients to lead well, get recognized, and thrive. Consistently recognized for her strong business acumen, disciplined and effective leadership, credible and impactful communications, and authenticity, Lucille’s clients strengthen their leadership skills, pursue superior results and status, and honor what matters to them. Focused on next level leadership, Look Up Coaching, LLC also offers strategy meeting facilitation, leadership fundamentals group presentations, and leadership consulting services.

Before founding Look Up Coaching, LLC in 2022, Lucille spent 25 years in Corporate America in Operations and Human Resources roles progressing in title and responsibilities at every organization, most recently as Executive Vice President at JLL, a global commercial real estate and professional services firm. Lucille has accumulated valuable leadership lessons through strategic and financial oversight of a $170MM operation, multiple M&A leadership assignments, new business start-up involvement, and responsibility for regions of 500+ employees. A sought-out mentor, she honed her coaching skills by leading high-performing teams, facilitating learning classes and strategic planning sessions, completing formal development programs, and, of course, self-study.

Lucille is a Certified Facilitator, Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, and is currently pursuing a certified coach credential. A recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal’s prestigious Women in Business award, a graduate of the Women Unlimited, Inc. LEAD program for executive women, and a speaker and panelist on leadership development and diversity and inclusion imperatives, she is an accomplished leader with wisdom to share. Lucille has a BA in Education from Maryville College, where she was also a student-athlete.

A true servant leader, Lucille is a long-term volunteer with MUST Ministries, East Cobb Church, a five-time Team Lead for Walk to End Alzheimer’s raising almost $50k for the Alzheimer’s Association, an executive mentor for WUI’s LEAD program since 2019, a recent Advocate for OnBoard, a Georgia non-profit committed to advancing female representation on corporate boards, and a former Board Member of The Salvation Army - Metro Atlanta Area Command.

Lucille prioritizes time with God and her family, and at any time may be found on her Peloton, reading a library book, searching Pinterest for recipes or travel tips, or enjoying anywhere the sun is shining.
