Partnering successfully with a coach is personal and beyond credentials, you want someone you connect with and truly trust.  It's time to let down your defenses, invite fresh perspectives in and be vulnerable - you’re safe to grow with me (I’m not in the political quagmire of your organization, remember?!).  So here is a little bit about me, beyond the "Business Lucille".

 

I find my greatest joy in helping other self-starters reach their goals - when they are willing to work hard, take chances, and be real. I truly enjoy sharing lessons I’ve learned to help others arrive at or surpass my achievements faster (and with less bruises!) than I did. I feel energized coaching others to become who they want to be…as long as they are willing to honestly explore themselves.  This connection fuels success - your success and mine.

 

I am a learner who strives to do better every day and expand my impact; the older I get the more I desire to learn and re-think to experience growth.  I am a competitor, and have seen the victories of training hard, developing my skills, and seeking and applying input from others.  The most successful leaders I've known are those self-aware enough to prepare for, and embrace, ongoing improvement. Perfectionism hinders excellence. 

 

I’m unwilling to separate faith from living (even in business!) - I’ve tried it and it doesn’t work for me.  Don’t worry, I’ve coached many “religion isn’t for me” leaders, and they find that my integrity, authenticity, and genuine care shines just as brightly for their leadership journey.  Integrity and authenticity are at my core, and I’ll choose that path every time. Authenticity is empowering.
